Sod Farm Purdy
Farms has a continuous crop of sod for year-round harvesting. Our sod is
harvested with a Trebro Auto Stack or a large roll Magnum 42-inch Cutter.
All rolls are cut to order for delivery or pick up at the farm.
Bluegrass Sod Purdy Farms raises Kentucky Bluegrass sod. This sod
is characterized by its dark green color and dense beautiful appearance. It
is highly recommended for both residential and commercial lawns.
Roll Options Purdy Farms offers two roll options: “Small
Rolls” (size: 24 inches x 60 inches, covering ten square feet) and
“Large Rolls” (size: 42 inches x 129 feet, covering 450 square
feet).
Price List For the 2008 calendar year, sod is priced at $.25
per square foot for the first 700 square feet. For orders that exceed 700 square feet, the price
is reduced to $.20 per square foot for the entire order. There is a $100.00
delivery charge for all deliveries within TippecanoeCounty.
